Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar for 4 minutes.
- Add vanilla and eggs, beat until incorporated.
- Slowly add flour mixture until just combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough and chill for 30 min-1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
Notes
Make sure butter is softened to room temperature for best results.
