Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add flour and mix until no dry flour remains.
- Press dough into 2-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Flatten the tops of the cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar.
